Utilities

Utilities are necessary as framing gets underway.  Typically, we will work with an electrician and well driller who has been hired by a GC or the homeowner, but we do have trade partners in those industries if necessary.  We prefer to excavate our utility trenches at or exceeding the recommended depth and always like to bed the conduits with screened sand, finishing with burial tape 6" below the surface.  When asked, we can provide CAD "as-builts" for future reference.
